He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles Porter and Esther Anderson Porter; and his brothers, Leroy "Hap" Porter and Robert Porter. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Coleman Porter; his children, Sue VanOrd (Mark), Tim Porter (Tracey) and Ron Porter (Lora); his stepchildren, Rick, Bill Wassman, Sherri Carraher (Dale) and Jeanine Andrews; his grandchildren, Adam, Ben VanOrd, Nicole Williams, Thaddeus, Kayla, Brody Porter, Brendon Andrews, Christie Fulkerson, Callie Love, Sam, Chloe, Ryan and Jessica Wassman; and his sister Betty Schreiber.
Because of new COVID-necessitated policies, masks are required, regardless of vaccination status.
