He is survived by: his children, Jolene Mayo (Phil) of Eden Prairie, MN, Evelyn Piazza (Jeffrey) of Jamestown, Lisa Tomczak (Michael) of Jamestown and Malcolm Allen (Rebecca) of Cleveland, OH; and his grandchildren, Josiah Mayo (Emma), Alexandra, William Piazza, Maverick and Mason Tomczak.
Due to new COVID-necessitated policies, masks are required, regardless of immunization status.
