She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyal Cochran and Hazel Cochrane Cochran; her husband Patrick "Pat" Flagella; her daughter Jennifer Maria Flagella; and her brother Tommy Cochran.
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Flagella (Melissa) of Warren, PA and Neil Flagella of Jamestown, N. Y.; her siblings, Dean Cochran of Jamestown, N. Y., Larry Cochran (Lois) of Gulfport, MS, Tim Cochran (Brenda) of Gerry, N. Y., Linda Burch of Oregon, Malodie Hebner (Bill) of Gulfport, MS, Autumn Mazzone (David) of Jamestown, N. Y. and Tammy Slocum (Gene) of Lockport, N. Y.; and her grandchildren, Logan Flagella, Breanda Litzen, Abigail Flagella and Margaret Bailey.
