Though Mary Margaret Bernadette Tobin Seastedt may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis and Ethel Mae Sherwood Tobin; her former husband J. Ronald Seastedt; and her husband William Vet. She is survived by: her children, R. Erik Seastedt (Karen), Tanya Grosschmidt (late Mark), Michael Seastedt (Brenda), Kristen Seastedt and Sue Seastedt (late George). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Church (508 Cherry St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care for their dedicated and thoughtful care for Mary, 20 W Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750, or to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, as animals were a big part of Mary's life, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
