He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Marotto; his sister Amy Johnson-Barlow; his grandmothers, Rea Marsh and Doris Hackett; and his stepbrother Chad Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie Walker Johnson; his son Kody Johnson (Katie Caldwell); his stepchildren, Jacob Linamen (Mari), Jessie Linamen (Marcelle Barnett) and Haylee Walker; his grandchildren, Khloe, Chance, Carson, Ryker, Cadence, Carly and Kyrie; his father Wayne Johnson (Kathy); his stepfather David Marotto; his stepbrothers, Matthew Miller (Barb), Tony Marotto (Debra) and David Marotto; his grandfathers, Wilford Marsh and Richard Hackett; and his cousin John Inkley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.
