He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Piazza; and his sister Annette Crasti. He is survived by: his parent Mary Oliver Piazza; his wife Lois E. Daniels Piazza; his sons, Michael A. Piazza and Mark E. Piazza; and his siblings, Donald Piazza (Kathy), Charles Piazza (Gloria) of Jamestown, Jean Licata (Jim) of Niagara Falls and Rebecca Morris of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
