With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil A. Frederick of Jamestown, New York, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Frederick and Marie Miller Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Milito Frederick; his children, Jessica L. Frederick (Paul Johnson) of Sherman, NY, Christopher M. Frederick (Hiromi) of Nagoya and Nicholas R. Frederick of Renton; his granddaughter Sophie Frederick; and his brother Larry Frederick of Siloam Springs, AR..

Due to Covid-19 restrictions visitation will not be observed.
