He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Nordin and Cletius Hicks Nordin; and his wife Lois Granquist Nordin. He is survived by: his pet John; his children, David C. Nordin (Brenda) of Clinton, NC and Rebecca A. Verhagen (Mark) of Monument, CO; his sister Marylin Larson of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, John G. Nordin, Lydia Honken, Dr. Koert A. Verhagen, Kirstin Spivey, Linnea Rico and Caroline Humphreys; his brothers, William, Wilbur "Bud" Nordin and Richard Nordin; his granddaughter Meredith Kier Nordin; and his great grandchild Lydia Rose Spivey. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Cable Hollow Community Church, or the Salvation Army, 311 Beech St. Warren, PA.
