He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Chadwick and Florence M.; his sisters, Daisy Flagg and Sarah Patterson; and his niece Mary Patterson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Patterson, Steve Chadwick and Inez Lewis; his siblings' children, Guy, Donald, Charlie, Frankie, Dawn, Billy, Judy, Brian, Danny, Drew, Ashlee and Cassie; and his close friend Bill Dormen.
