She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Allnatt; and her sisters, Robin and Wanda. She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Green; her father Richard Allnatt of Houston, TX; her daughters, Kathryn Green of Jamestown and Elizabeth Green of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Cayden, Madelyn and Thomas, Jr.; her siblings, Tom (Terry) of Arizona, Bryan (Rose) of Arkansas, Steven (Rachel) of Texas, Dawn Phillips of South Carolina, Lori Thurston of South Carolina, Penny Luke of South Carolina, Judy Hundshamer of South Carolina and Yvonne Miller of South Carolina; and her pets, Daisy and Dexter.

Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Rd., Jamestown, NY 14701.
