She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd DeForrest and Pauline Ostrander Carr; and her husband Dennis B. Warner of Jamestown, NY.. She is survived by: her brothers, Richard Carr (Thelma) of West Valley, NY and Stanley Carr (Sandy); her children, Scott Warner (Cindy) of Parsippany, NJ and Lisa Ballard (Matt) of Mont Vernon, NH; her grandchildren, Eric Warner (Lisa) of Long Beach, CA, Elizabeth Andes (Tom) of Wharton, NJ, Anna Zimmerman (John) of Boston, MA, Carolyn Bennett (Daniel) of Cedar Grove, NJ, Sam Ballard of Boston, MA, Alexandra Warner of Denville, NJ, Adam, Rebecca and Christopher Warner of Parsippany, NJ; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Logan, Mackenzie and Connor Andes of Wharton, NJ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
