It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Marie Atkins (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive father Edgar Olsen; her husband Preston Merle Atkins; her children, Stewart Balder and Valerie Gruber (Duane); her stepchildren, Linda Ackley (Karl), Nancy Mattoon (Gilbert) and William Atkins; and her daughter-in-law Sandi Balder. She was also cherished by several great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
Donations in Peggy's memory can be made to Koinonia Christian Fellowship, St. Susan's Soup Kitchen or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
