He was predeceased by: his parent James V. Pilato. He is survived by: his parent Antonina "Lena" Pilato (Valvo); his wife Rose Marie Pilato (Contiguglia); his children, Anthony Pilato (Connie) of Jamestown, Michael Pilato (Jodi) of Ashville and Ann Atwell of Jamestown; his grandsons, Lucas Atwell of Jamestown and Jesse Atwell (Faith) of Gerry; and his sisters, Beatrice Antonuccio, Janette Foti (Tom) of Jamestown and Anne Cohen (Ken) of Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice or a charity of one's choice.
