He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jane Dioguardi and Joseph Trusso, Jr.; his wife Stephanie Wadsworth Trusso; his daughter Sloane Trusso of Columbus, OH; and his siblings, Laura Trusso of Rochester and Joseph Trusso (Donna) of Jamestown.
