It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Clark (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bergman and Mary Bergman; her former husband Russell; and her brothers, Vaner Bergman, Kenneth Bergman and Paul Bergman.
She is survived by: her husband Russ; her sister Nancy Tellinghuisen; and her children, Ronald Clark (Allison Powell), Sharon Clark, Peggy Andrews (Gary) and R. Michael Clark (Holly). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no visitation.
The family suggests that memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
