He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Bush and Eleanor Neureuther Bush. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Johnson Bush; his children, Douglas Bush, Cynthia Olofson, Eric Brown, Lisa Sample and Richard Brown; and his sister Shirley Domon.
