He is survived by: his children, Maritza Vazquez of Jamestown, Jose Gilot of Jamestown, Luz Martinez of Jamestown, Jorge Rivera of Jamestown, Dioselyn Cortez of Jamestown, Jacqueline Vazquez of Allentown, PA, Raul Vazquez, Jr. of Allentown, PA and Paul Vazquez; and his sisters, Genoveva Rodriguez of Hormigueros, Pura Vazquez Silva of Hormigueros and Puerto Rico. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
