He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frangione and Josephine Frangione (Perry); his wife Rose J. Pepe; and his siblings, Minnie Vullo, Pauline Parasiliti and Frank Frangione.
He is survived by: his children, James (Barbara) of Marathon, NY and Julie Frangione (Bush); and his grandchildren, Ravan Frangione, Dakota Worden, AJ Worden, Nicholas J. Frangione, Sabrina Stiles, Darrion Stiles, Cooper Bush, Ly Taylor (Sam) and Kevin Whritenour (Liz).
