It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard P. Carlson of Jamestown, New York, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Carlson and Margaret Pederson Carlson; his wife Maribelle Carlson; his grandsons, Matt Brink and Joshua Caldwell; and his siblings, Leland Carlson and Loraine Jett.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Brink (Dennis) of Frewsburg, Patty Mead of Frewsburg, Vicky Williams of Frewsburg, Richard M. Carlson (Sue) of Frewsburg and Michael Carlson (Debbi) of Frewsburg; his grandchildren, Danielle Raczka (Joe), Daryl Brink (Brianna), Nakia Mead (Sabrina), Nokomis Stanton (Dave), Sam, David, Teri Zembardo, Melanie Zembardo (Ben Brooks), Ricky Carlson (Gretchen), Christopher Moynihan (Ashley Andolora), Nichole Martin (Justin) and Jeremy Baker; his siblings, Roger Carlson (Yvonne) of Jamestown, Connie Sherman of Ashville and Cathy Bucklin (Bruce) of Busti; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Carlson and Floyd Jett. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
