With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita E. Carson (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on October 23, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John U. Wirtner and Georgia Firth Wirtner. She is survived by: her husband Harold W. Carson; her sons, James Humphreys (Sandra) of Angier, NC, Kevin Humphreys of Jamestown, Robert Carson (Pam) of Lillington, NC and Todd Carson of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Nicole Warren, Suzanne Stewart, Chad Humphreys, Ben Humphreys, Jacob Milliman, John Carson, Griffin Carson and Amylea Carson; and her sisters, Donna Ahlgren, Roberta Gardner and Hazel Wirtner. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
