He is survived by: his wife Coleen Cullen Gustafson; his sons, James Gustafson (Sonya) and John Gustafson (Kathy) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Sara Henry (Matt), Daniel, Andrew and Kyle Gustafson; his stepchildren, Cheryl Crane (Guy), Timothy Weaver, Brian Weaver (Dawn) and Jeffrey Weaver (Janelle); and his siblings, Donald Gustafson (Jean) of Pryor, OK and Judy Gustafson. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
