He was predeceased by: his father James Costlow; his brother James Costlow; and his grandparents, Edwin, Caroline Barton, Robert and Hazel Costlow.
He is survived by: his mother Carrie Costlow of Jamestown; his siblings, Jason Costlow of North Warren, Shawna Becker (Michael) of Jamestown and Kelly Wadsworth; his siblings' children, Katie, Ashley, Casey, Caden Costlow, Cody and Samantha Becker; and his close friends, Chris Calkins and Dan Waldon. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
