He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy "James" Boutelle; his uncles, Robert Boutelle and John Stravato; and his grandparents, Louis, Pauline Stravato (Bonfiglio), LeRoy and Carmela Boutelle (Nibali).
He is survived by: his mother Lois McCreary (Stravato) of Bemus Point; his stepfather Bob McCreary; his siblings, Paula Picone (Chris) of Henderson, NV, James and Thomas of Jamestown, NY; his stepsiblings, Pam VanArsdale and Troy McCreary (Gina); his aunts, Myra Boutelle and Kathie Stravato of Jamestown, NY; his cousins, Cyndy Boutelle, John and Joseph Stravato; his siblings' children, Amber Boutelle, Cynthia Boutelle, Dominic Boutelle and Anthony Picone; and his godparents, Sonny and Delores Bonfiglio. He is also survived by soulmate, and partner for 28 years.
