He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Roach and Jessie Brundell Roach; his daughter Janice E. Otto; and his siblings, Elizabeth R. Olofson and Maurice E. Roach.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Johnson Roach; his grandson Douglas Roach (Maryanne) of Colorado Springs, CO; his great grandchildren, Lisa Buman of Clarence, NY, Spain, Sara Otto of Barcelona, Amy Roach of Colorado Springs, Daniel and Matthew; and his sibling's children, Kolton Roach of Colorado Springs, Loukas and Alexander Buman of Clarence, NY.
