Myers Patch; his son Jeffrey Patch of Jamestown; his stepchildren, Dawn Hancock (Walter) of Washington, DC and Warren Whittenhall Jr. (Staci) of Celoron; his grandchildren, Ashley Patch of Jamestown, Alex Patch of Pittsfield, Aaden Patch of Pittsfield and Braydon Patch of Pittsfield; and his sisters, Sallye Neizmik (Dan) of North Carolina and Pat Uber of Pennsylvania.
