She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Fiorella and Rose Pappalardo Fiorella; and her brother-in-law Anthony P. LoGuidice. She is survived by: her close friend Priscilla Anzalone Dain; her son James A. Blomquist; her granddaughter Elise J. Blomquist of Jamestown; her sister Theresa LoGuidice; and her nieces, Toni Marie Sigular of Jamestown and Gina Gazdak of Jamestown. She is also survived by several grand nieces, nephews, and cousins.
