He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Polizzi and Grace Ognibene Polizzi; and his siblings, Thomas J. Polizzi, Rosalie Velez, Anne Leone and Sally Chiazzese.
He is survived by: his wife Annette M. Cimino Polizzi; his sons, Russell M. Polizzi (Nancy) of Erie, PA and Anthony V. Polizzi (Donna) of Florida; his grandchildren, Brittany M. Fisher (Xavier) and Russell A. Polizzi; his great grandchildren, Lillian Lorel Fisher and Isaiah Fisher; and his sister Josephine Campbell (Richard) of Falconer. He is also survived by father and husband who taught his sons.
