He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Eleanor Sundquist and Carol McKotch; his uncle Paul D. Sundquist; and his cousins, Timothy and Thomas Epperly.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Gustafson (Bradley) of Ashville, N. Y.; his children, Nolan R. Gunnell of Ashville, N. Y. and Payton E. Gunnell of Ashville, N. Y.; his grandfather Paul McKotch; his stepsiblings, Barry Gustafson of Great Valley, NY and Sheena Gustafson of Oakland Park, FL.; his aunts and uncles, Priscilla Sundquist, Elizabeth Sundquist, Bonnie Anderson (David), Richard Sundquist, David Sundquist (Lisa) and Scott McKotch (Tami); his cousins, Doug Sundquist (Natasha), Chris Sundquist, Stephan Epperly (Tammy), Stephanie Clagg (Todd), Courtney Sickles (Andy), Sara Adams (Derrick), Robert Sundquist and Michael Sundquist; and his sibling's children, Zaira Gustafson and Bryce Gustafson.
