He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fadale and Rose Raymondo Fadale; his wife Mary Conti Fadale; and his siblings, John, Russell, Joseph Fadale, Annie Bagnato and Matilda Martinelli.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Joseph and Barb DeCastro of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by his nephew Joe's family and his great great nieces and great nephew.
