We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022, at the age of 69, Sandra Lee Rater (Jamestown, New York), born in Corry, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Bissell and Betty King Bissell; her husband Rex Rater; and her children, Jerry McMaster of Jamestown, Tyler McMaster of North East, PA, Karen Gross (Gary) of Ripley and Fred Rater of Arizona. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
