She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bellitto and Sebastiana Bellitto (Bessie); her husband Sam A. Pollino; and her siblings, Josephine (Jay), Sebastian (Busty), Pete, Anthony and Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Sam (Terri) of Corona and Julie Indriolo (Joe) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; and her niece Toni Ann Bellitto of Jamestown.
Private arrangements will be made at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 111 South Main Street, Jamestown, New York. (Due to Covid restrictions, a viewing will not be scheduled) At some future date, a gravesite memorial (Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum, Jamestown, NY) will be held in honor of Sally and Sam being interred together followed by a celebration of life.
