He was predeceased by: his father James A. Paxton; his brother Adam C. Paxton; and his grandparents, Lorraine Paxton, Bill and Florence Hebner.
He is survived by: his mother Cindy Paxton Repine; his wife Pamela M. Paxton (Slater) of Jamestown; his sons, Nolan Paxton (Emma) of Jamestown, NY and Chase Paxton; his brother Tracy Paxton (Robyn) of Jamestown; and his sibling's children, Noah, Julia, Jessalyn, Zayden, Tierialynn, Caden, Carter, Neveah, Khamara, Aliannah Kyrie, Zahnyia, James, Joseph and Joshua.
