She was predeceased by: her parents, Burdette Baker and Jane Pratt Baker; and her sister Betty House (Arthur). She is survived by: her son Gregory D. Myers of Jamestown; her sister Nancy Salemme (Sam) of Gerry, NY; her sibling's children, Diane Blizzard (Brad) of Cassadaga, NY, Sheila Kearney of Rio Ranch, NM, Jerry House (Mary Jo) of Jamestown, Larry House (Katie) of Dover Plains, NY, Sam Salemme (Tracy) of Jamestown and Scott Salemme (Kathy) of Hammondsport, NY; her former husband David Myers (Lynn) of Jamestown; and her adoptive daughter Katie.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to The Musella Foundation for Brain Tumor Research; Chautauqua County Hospice and Palliative Care, Roswell Park Cancer Institute or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
