He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Fadale and June Endersen Fadale; and his sister JoAnn Fadale Gleason. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Fadale Abernethy (Hugh) of Tenafly, NJ, Mary Beth Fadale (Luis Ortiz) of Albany, NY and Thomas Fadale, Jr. (Brianne) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Victoria Abernethy, Tessa, Marishka, Finnegan and Flynn Fadale; and his brothers, Richard Fadale of Solon, OH and William Fadale of Avon, OH..
