She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay W. Flanders and Irene Bonsteel Flanders; her husband Gordon Patchen; her friend Wayne Herrick; and her son-in-law William Seastrum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Follansbee of Southampton, MA and Sandra Seastrum of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Christopher Collins (Jennifer) of Jamestown, Steven Collins (Mary) of Bemus Point, Andrew Ward (Victoria) of Waterbury, VT, Marcia Struk (Mark) of Marshfield, MA and Emily Follansbee of Pueblo, CO; her brother William Flanders of Chautauqua; and her sibling's children, Chris Flanders of Stow and Robert Flanders of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
