It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilbert O. Cooper (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on May 6, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Cooper and Evelyn Bannister Cooper; and his wife JoeAnn Hayhurst. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Glover (Linda), Michael Glover (Lisa), Allan Glover (Georgina) and Joseph Glover Sr. (Jody); and his sister Ophelia "Dolly" Payne of Lexington, VA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750.
