He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell, Jr. and Helen Campbell Russ; his wife Mary Whitmore Campbell; and his siblings, Earl Campbell and Sally Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Johnson (Mike) of Jamestown and Patty Johnson (Harold) of Frewsburg; his grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew Johnson, Danielle Bang and Brian Johnson; his brother Richard Campbell (Martha) of Warren, PA; and his stepsiblings, Janet Dowley (David) of Sherman, NY, Joyce Seekins of Jamestown and David Russ of Kennedy. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
