She is survived by: her husband Gary Hazelton of Dekalb, NY; her stepchildren, Tanya Hazelton of Heuvelton, NY, Gary Hazelton of Pennsylvania, Terry Hazelton of Virginia, McKenzie Sandoval of Gouverneur, NY, Jordan Hazelton of Antwerp, NY and Lane Hazelton of Watertown, NY; and her siblings, Bob, Jennifer Woodside of Andrews, Daniel and Diane DiYanni (Woodside) of Granville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
