He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Arnold and Joyce Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Arnold; his sisters, Lisa (Alan Hathaway) and Adrian (Chuck Hudanich); and his siblings' children, Ashley Hathaway, Sandy and Bridgette Hathaway.
