He is survived by : his wife Marilyn; his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Tom; his grandson Willem; his sisters, Barbara Kenny and Susan Avondet; and his nieces and nephews, Jim, Janice, Jeanne, Charlie, Kyle, Brian, Kevin, Ed and Chris. He is also survived by wives, husbands and grand nieces and nephews.
