She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Kosick; her parents, William Meyer and Esther Meyer; her brother-in-law John P. Smith; and her nephews, Michael Smith and Derek Quick.
She is survived by : her daughter Susan Meyer of Florida; her siblings, Robert (Bonnie Meyer), Brian (Debbie Quick), Ruth Smith and Shirley (Fred Towner); and her nephew Jeromy Quick.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
