We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 87, Shirley Wood (Johnson City, New York), born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Wood Sr.; her son William Wood Jr.; her parents, Dennis Raymond and Helen Raymond (Terry); her siblings, Bernice Barnes (Raymond), Richard Raymond and Meryl Tiffany; her parents-in-law, Michael and Evelyn Milchanowski (Runyon); her brother-in-law Mark Milchanowski; her parents-in-law, Frederick Barnes and Ruth Barnes Schabel (Micks); and her siblings-in-law, Frederick Barnes and Barbara Exter (Barnes).

She is survived by : her children, Elizabeth Wood, Brian Wood and Shannon; her son-in-law Bernie Alimonti; and her siblings-in-law, Michael (Mary Milchanowski), Jack (Karen Milchanowski), James (Mary Barnes), Dianne and Phyllis Tiffany. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Yesteryears, a Broome County Office for Aging program.
