She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mullins and Gloria Mullins; and her close friend Mark Siatkowski. She is survived by: her son John Borgolini of Johnstown; Kristen Mazzanoble (Michael), Anthony, Addison, Jonathon Siatkowski (Emma) and Annabelle. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousin.

Contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to the Activities Department of Wells Nursing Home, 201 W. Madison Avenue, Johnstown, New York 12095.
