We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2020, at the age of 97, Barbara Mansfield Eastman (Johnstown, New York), born in Portland, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Mansfield Eastman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Frederic Mansfield; her husband Everett J. Eastman; and her siblings, Mildred Downey, Eleanor Harrington, Dorothy Shepard, Wallace and Whitney Mansfield.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Ruth Whitney Mansfield; her daughters, Linda Eastman and Kathy Lavoie (Ron); her grandchildren, Daniel, Justin, Evan Lavoie, Mary Hassett (Patrick) and Elizabeth Slaughter (Dylan); and her great grandchild Veronica Hassett. She is also survived by six children.
It was her joy to work in the store until March of this year when the coronavirus pandemic required the store to be temporarily closed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Camp Cedarbrook-Next Generation Fund, Samaritan's Purse, or Wycliffe Bible Translators, in care of the funeral home.
