It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Emrick (Johnstown, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dedicke and Clara Belle Crandall Dedicke; her brother Carl Dedicke; and her grandson Kenyon. She is survived by: her husband Shaun; her children, Michael Emrick of Gloversville, James Emrick (Brandy) of Fort Plain, Desiree Carpenter (Faye) of Gloversville, Shauna Smith (Brandon) of Gloversville, Brooke Emrick (Stephen Jacobs) of Gloversville and Roxxann Valentine (Jared) of Gloversville; her stepchildren, Robert Emrick and Elisibeth Hawkins of Buffalo; her siblings, George Dedicke (Laura) of Louisville, KY, Hope Field of Frankfort, NY and Amber Bennett of Gloversville; and her sister-in-law Roxanne Emrick of Gloversville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
