It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Hansen (Johnstown, New York), who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Skoda and Anna Risko Skoda. She is survived by: her husband Julius "Si" (Marine); her daughters, Bonnie Valachovic (Jack), Janet Hansen (Bill Kaiser) and Karen McConnell (Mark); and her grandchildren, Patrick Oare (Meagan), Christian Oare (Julie), Emily Cox (Wesley), Chloe Hansen-Toone (Joseph Gould), Trever and Anna McConnell. She is also survived by six great grand-children.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
