He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Bellinger and Marietta Clark Bellinger; his mother-in-law Mary Volpp Bellinger; and his brothers, William and Alan Bellinger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Herrnkind of Johnstown and Kimberly Moses (David) of Tampico, IL; his siblings, Elwyn Bellinger of Pheonix, AZ and Dianne Johnson of Mayfield; his grandchildren, Kristen Hosler (Christian) and Ryan Herrnkind (Rebecca); and his great grandchildren, Devin and Brian Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
