He was predeceased by: his mother Debra M Rector (Kozlowski); and his grandmother Eve. He is survived by: his father David Rector of Schenectady, NY; his grandfather Aloysius Kozlowski of Amsterdam; his brother Joshua Rector of Johnstown, NY.; his aunts and uncles, Roxanne Hojohn of Maine, Rodney Rector, Kevin Kozlowski (Rhonda) of Amsterdam and Donna Shelmandine of Johnstown, NY.; and his grandfather Don Rector.
