It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean M. Quinn (Johnstown, New York), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Turnberger and Marie Turnberger. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ian, Dylan, Elizabeth, Derek and Ryan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
