He is survived by: his mother Kelly Kollar Day of Johnstown; his stepfather William VanVoast (Melanie Quill); his siblings, Noah Day and Jenna Day; his grandparents, David Kollar, Linda Kollar and Doris Day; his nephews, Jackson Knab and Graham Knab; and his uncle Martin Kollar. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
